sleepless night

I hate confrontations, and tomorrow I have the mother of all confrontations - me vs. Verizon. I have cell phone issues which I've driven Alex mad with over the last 2 weeks. I'm not even officially a Verizon customer and I'm already having to confront them. I won't get in to my woes here, but woe :(

I'm so worked up I can't fall asleep. My heart is literally racing. I just keep running all the lines for all the different scenarios over in my head. I hate talking to customer service on the phone. I'd much rather do a live online chat. Email doesn't work because they always give you a pasted generic reply, no matter what your question was. At least in a chat room maybe you could corner one into actually talking to you like they're human.

Anyways, my triumphant closing line, if things don't go well, is "I'm taking my business elsewhere!" I don't think that'll really phase them though. How about "thanks for not being helpful at all."
