Today I put up a resume on Monster and MonsterTrak. I hate making resumes. I picked up a career booklet from the Columbia "Center for Career Education" and it has all sorts of suggestions and guidelines for resumes - "don't use I," "use 'action verbs,'" and other nonsense. There's especially a guide for graduate students to translate their skills into something employable - grading exams is apparently a transferable skill. Arg. I just need money!
